The IX73 inverted microscope system sets new standards in advanced live cell imaging with its compact frame, outstanding optical performance and exceptional flexibility. Manual encoded or semi-motorized options enable a variety of component combinations. The IX73 is available as a one-deck system with a low, ergonomic stage or as a two-deck system with additional expansion capabilities. Both provide the ability to perform a multitude of imaging applications, from fast advanced fluorescence imaging and other demanding techniques to routine testing and documentation.

Unique Features for ICSI:

• Magnification Changer: Devices can be easily attached from the side, this magnification changer comes with three Magnification Selection 1x, 1.6x and 2x
• The Color LED Illumination: With color temperature comparable to halogen Light at 9V, gives natural color rendition independent of illumination intensity
• Easy to find sample position after manual operations on sample: XY stopper on the IX3-HO35D make it easy to move a sample to and from the stage while keeping the position of interest
• Front Condenser focus, with focus stopper: Condenser height is in front of the illumination pillar and it can be easily maneuvered from the working position. A “Focus Stopper” is available for quick movement away from and back to the Koehler position Especially useful for intensive ICSI workflows.
• Motorized Relief Contrast Condenser: IX3-MLWCDA is the middle working distance condenser specialized for ICSI System. Automatic observation method for ICSI/IMSI?spindle observation can be changed quickly by the buttons on U-MCZ / TPC/IX3-HSCBM
• ICSI[Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection]: Relief Contrast 20X,40X
